These terms and conditions apply to the Work Wave app (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Durgajaya Sai Pillagolla ("Service Provider") as a Free service.
Agreement to TermsBy downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, or attempts to extract the source code are prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
ModificationsThe Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services. Any charges will be communicated to you in advance.
Data SecurityThe Application processes data provided by you. It is your responsibility to secure your device. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may affect its functionality.
Third-Party ServicesThe Application uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions:
Internet ConnectionSome features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application’s performance without Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Network ChargesYou may incur charges for data usage, especially when using the Application outside a Wi-Fi area. You accept responsibility for any such charges.
Device ResponsibilityIt is your responsibility to keep your device charged. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if your device runs out of battery.
Updates and ChangesThe Service Provider may update the Application. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may terminate the use of the Application without notice.
Changes to These TermsThe Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions. Please review this page regularly. These terms are effective as of 2024-11-12.
